• Pending everyone's approval, Badconduct is also back

• The nominees for April's Guildie of the Month are: Arcticsnow, Beeswar, Bigdaddywar, Elishan, Erick, Inwe, Kaluan, Khazzra, Kyl, Odasa, Perseffonee, Quixxie, Scahl, Shortie & Spellcheck -- to break the tie, we voted for Bees! I will congratulate him, send him something (perhaps a new lanyard), and invite him to our next Officer meeting

• Before she left, Snow expressed an interest in doing an achievement run for Friday -- we can discuss this further

• Spoke with Kyl about his attitude and recent complaints

• Once we reach Heroic Sprocket, we'll need 1.3+ MILL

• Next weekend is Easter. I may be away Friday, and Scahl is away. Friday and Saturday raids are still scheduled

• Erick will resume as raid leader for Friday nights

To break the tie, we voted for Odasa. I will congratulate the nominees, and invite Odasa to next week's meeting.  He already has a lanyard, so I'll likely get him a Discord profile animation

• Erick is renaming his event to "Weensy Keys," instead of Less Chill Keys

• We'll invite Eli to our meeting next Saturday, as he is our Guildie of the Month

• My Google Slides for this Friday's meeting is linked in Officer chat

• Also discussed Normal expectations -- we will jump in there and then establish our expectations after we analyze our logs, but I suspect the requirements will be: ilvl 620-ish and 1 MILL-ish dps/hps

• My "cheat notes" for the bosses will be posted in the new Liberation of Undermine channel shortly

• Liberation of Undermine LFR this Wednesday -- first tier is open with two bosses

• As for Grymm, please check the Officer channel

• Next weekend -- we can either run Keys or have our last hurrah in Nerub-ar. There was some confusion over whether or not Season 2 Keys will be available. It is confirmed that Heroic and Mythic 0s are not available until March 4th

• Great job Spellcheck -- your TW raid last Sunday was a blast!

• Quixxie will join us again next Saturday, as we ran out of time

• For his event, Spellcheck would like to host more of a social event -- ie xmog contests, guild Kahoot, and/or TW raid events etc

• For his event, Scahl would like to host 10+ key event, with the intention of earning Keystone Master and portals

• We'll finalize our event schedule next Saturday

• A few things to improve upon moving into next Season:

  • Now that we have two more Officers, I want to avoid cancelling events. Every time we cancel an event we undermine the dependability and success of the event. Please try to ensure your event is covered. Cancel as a last resort​

  • Rotate doing loot; I want all of us familiar with monitoring and recording loot

• The nominees for December's Guildie of the Month are: Abractus, Anicetus or Dio, Beeswar, Darklodus (2), Erick, Gnazz, Latha (2), Odasa, Oreos, Perseffonee, Quixxie, Santak, Spellcheck (2), & Valkeryie. To break the tie, we voted for Latha. I'll invite him to our next Officer meeting, send him a lanyard; and congratulate the runner-ups

• We have also chosen Spellcheck as our second Officer promotion. I will chat with him next week, and grant him access to the "Officer Duties" channel in Discord. After he reads the material, and accepts the position, I will chat with him to discuss a more comprehensive explanation of the Officer expectations

• Scahl has accepted the Officer position. We are scheduled to chat next Wednesday, after LFR

• Welcome and congrats Visren, our Guildie of the Month

• Visren is honoured to be GotM, and loves the guild. He expressed concern over the folks who earned AoTC before the raid team. I explained they didn't break any rule, but the optics and emotional reactions from other guildies did cause concern

• Vote for Guildie of the Month by next Saturday

• We are ready for tonight. I have a few tweaks to our strategy, but I'm certain we'll achieve AoTC tonight

• If guildies invite a friend into the guild, the expectation is that they've told their said friend to register on the website, and as Officers we need to follow-up with the new member to ensure they have done so. Otherwise, if someone who we don't know wants to join the guild, then they are required to sign-up on the website first. Once I receive the email notification, then we'll approve their request in the Applicant Tab
